The primary areas of practice include: commercial law, commercial litigation, collections, creditor’s rights-bankruptcy, foreclosures and deficiency, insurance subrogation, and commercial landlord/tenant disputes.

Office and Facilities

Hammerman & Hultgren, P.C. maintains an extensive library of law and law-related materials, including WestLaw. All office equipment is state of the art, including computerized word processing, copying and bookkeeping. We have a networked computerized tickler program that maintains the status of every open file. Additionally, the firm has on-line modem access to the Bankruptcy Court and the Arizona Corporation Commission.

The firm makes use of paralegal support to facilitate efficient operation. In addition to the three attorneys listed, we have a support staff of 13 individuals who are true professionals.
